How long does delivery take?
As each product is made with love and by hand, delivery time may vary slightly. On average, you can expect shipping within 2 to 3 weeks. Thanks for your patience, it's worth the wait.
Products that are in stock, we ship within 2 to 3 working days. For handmade items, delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Are the lamps handmade?
Yes, all our lamps are hand-assembled and carefully finished, making each piece unique.
Can I have a lamp custom-made?

What materials are used?
We work with high-quality materials. To create durable and stylish lighting.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order, provided the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Do you also have a physical shop?
We currently sell our products online or by appointment only.

Which light source do I need?
Most of our lamps work with standard E27 or E14 fittings.
How do I maintain my lamp?
